Nikolaas Vles is CEO of Prolactal GmbH, the global market leader in the field of niche milk and whey ingredients for infant formula. Prolactal offers products made from organic cow milk, goat milk, A2 milk, sheep milk, GMO-free milk and lactose-free milk. From its plant in the evergreen heart of Austria, the team of around 200 employees is dedicated to bring tailor-made product solutions to our partners around the world. Leveraging technology and know-how to capture unmet needs, as well as to make an impact for a sustainable future. Before his career in the dairy sector, Mr. Vles was active in M&A. 

Mr. Vles holds a master degree in civil law from the University of Amsterdam, and has completed executive education courses at Insead and London Business School.
